Storm Front Cane Corso is not your average breeder. We have a deep love for the breed and it shows in how we handle our program. The Italian Mastiff is one of the most amazing breeds both as a working dog and a family dog. Because they have gotten more popular the breed is suffering the effects. Many people who have a Corso believe they can find any other Corso to mate and bingo the money rolls in. This disregard for type, bloodlines, inherited health problems and aggressive temperaments has seen the decline in true Corso health and traits.

We research bloodlines to ensure type and health. The threat of Epilepsy is now very real and pure lines are extremely important. We health test all our Males and Females before they are considered for our breeding program. These tests include OFA Heart, OFA Thyroid and Penn Hip.

We use to say that we would have a Championship on every dog we bred. We would love to keep saying this but because of Covid, dog shows have been very few and far between. It is still possible to champion a dog if you drive year round to find the shows that are not cancelled in the last minute. This is hard on the dogs and us as well, not to mention expensive. So we will continue to show are dogs within a manageable radius from our home here in TN and hope that Covid goes away soon.

Our dogs are not kennel dogs, they are in our home and in our bed. They are family and we adore every puppy we produce. We will do everything we can to protect our puppies and ensure they are well taken care of and placed with great families or they will simply stay here.

Our Puppy Contract is our first line of defense against back yard breeders and dog fighting rings. It may be much longer than other contracts but time has taught us that every section in our contract is critical. Please read our contract before contacting us about purchasing a puppy. Our clients are not customers - They are family and often get multiple pups over time and we would not have it any other way!
